EHEF Indonesia 2024
The world has adapted, and education is once again embracing in-person connections. The European Higher Education Fair (EHEF) Indonesia is thrilled to return to its fully offline format, offering students, parents, and institutions an unparalleled opportunity to explore the possibilities of studying in Europe.
Supported by the Delegation of the European Union to Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam, and ASEAN, EHEF Indonesia 2024 is the premier platform for European universities to connect directly with Indonesia's student population. We anticipate a strong response, building upon our history of success. Our website and social media traction demonstrate EHEF's status as a trusted source of information and insights about European education. Our events consistently draw large crowds, with over 5,000 visitors attending in 2023. EHEF Indonesia 2024 will continue this tradition of excellence, offering an offline-only format in major cities in Indonesia.
EHEF Indonesia 2024 aims to have 70 institutions, with approximately 10,000 registrations and 5,000 visitors, during the event.
EHEF Indonesia 2024 is coming to:
Wednesday, 30 October | 13.30 – 17.30 (JKT Time, GMT +7)
Grha Sabha Pramana (GSP), University of Gajah Mada
Saturday-Sunday, 2-3 November | 11.00 – 17.00 (JKT Time, GMT +7)
Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra
To complete the registration process:
- Visit https://registration.ehef.id and fill out the application.
- Download the automatic reply email attachment - application form (pdf).
If you have not received any email from us, please check your spam folder. - SIGN and STAMP your completed application form. Scan and email it to the EHEF Committee(fair@ehef.id). Applications will NOT be processed without a signature and stamp.
- Within five working days, the EHEF Committee will confirm your participation and provide instructions for the next steps.
- Complete phases and payment. Follow the deadlines provided for:
- Phase 1: Exhibitor registration, deadline – 27 September 2024 or upon reaching 72 booth quota.
- Phase 2: Submit exhibitor profile, deadline – 18 October 2024
- Final Payment: Deadline – 25 October 2024
Institution Cancellation
- Early Cancellation: Institutions cancelling on or before September 27, 2024, will receive a full refund.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations received after September 27, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund (100% Participation Fee).
- To Cancel: Please email a written cancellation notice to the EHEF Committee at fair@ehef.id. Attach an official letter in PDF format.
